I think Add in Is not available on the ver SAP 9 check with the Below Notes

Symptom

CR Add-ins and CRDB in CR designer 2008 can still be used after you upgrade your SAP Business One to release 9.0.

Reproducing the issue

Scenario:

1. Install CR designer 2008 and SAP Business One 8.82 (or even older version supporting CR designer 2008).
2. Install CR designer 2011.
3. Upgrade SAP Business One 8.82 to SAP Business One 9.0.

Solution

CR Add-ins and CRDB in CR designer 2008 can still be used. However, pressing the Edit button in the Report and Layout Manager window in SAP Business One invokes only CR designer 2011.
