First you share the screen shots of following commands.
1. R3trans -d use sidadm user to run this commnad
use orasid user
>sqlplus / as sysdba
2. Select username, account_status from dba_users;
3. select USERNAME,ACCOUNT_STATUS,LOCK_DATE,EXPIRY_DATE from dba_users;
