Displaying data in Infocube leads to short dump -TIME_OUT error in ST22

Hello,

I am unable to display data in Infocube as it takes long time and leads to short dump.

Basis team has increased the time from 600 to 1800s but it runs for a very long time and leads to short  dump. I have checked the cube with RSRV and there is no issue.

How can I resolve this issue
