Problem with FM: HR_PAD_HIRE_EMPLOYEE

Dear Experts, Good day.

I am trying to hire an employee using HR_PAD_HIRE_EMPLOYEE function module, but employee is not getting hired. As part of this I am getting a Warning message like 'Enter data for correction period for payroll area X1' in Return parameter and 'X' in IS_OK.

If anyone is aware of this, please help me in solving this issue.
