Symptom
- Unable to Save/Export Dashboards from Dashboard Designer 4.0
- Save/Save as/Export options grayed out.
Environment
- Dashboard Designer 4.0
- All Supported Operating Systems
Reproducing the Issue
- Install the Dashboard Designer 4.0.
- Develop the dashboard in the designer.
- Goto File>>Save /Save as /Export
all options grayed out Except PDF.
Cause
This happens when Xcelsius 2008 Enterprise keycode is used inside the Dashboard Designer 4.0.
Resolution
- Open Dashboard Designer 4.0
- Goto>>Help>>License Manager
and Add a correct Product Keycode i. e. Dashboard Designer 4.0 Enterprise
keycode. - Restart the Designer.
