How to add an new item in gui730...?

Hello ,

        I m using sap gui 730 in that create and edit buttons are disabled , how can i make them enable....?

how can add a new item for connection..............?

Its nice to have SAP COMMUNITY NETWORK.  It is more helpful for beginners like me are.
