I guess he is trying to test the archiving of purchase documents. He is unable to do it with the archiving object(MM_EKKO). When he is trying to do with the standard way he is getting the issues.
Because the purchasing documents are still open and system is not allowing him to archive 
Now trying for other alternate, which is not suggestible.
